With extensive experience practicing law, Bruce has the knowledge and skill to provide clients with comprehensive and practical legal solutions. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of practice areas. Bruce is committed to providing individualized attention to each client and ensuring that their legal needs are met. Previously, Bruce served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Bernard F. Conway, J.S.C. He has also volunteered as Trustee/Director of organizations including the Hoboken-North Hudson YMCA, Fair Haven Board of Education, and Monmouth Bar Association. He has taught as an adjunct lecturer at St. Peter's University.
Bruce is an extensive speaker at seminars and in the media. He has spoken at the New Jersey State Bar Association Convention, the New Jersey School Boards Association Annual Workshop Convention and at numerous other events. Bruce has also appeared nationally on Fox News, and locally on News 12 New Jersey, NJ Spotlight News, and NJ 101.5.

Dustin F. Glass, Esq., Partner
As a Partner with Padula Law Group, Dustin brings extensive experience in public sector,
labor/employment, land use, and redevelopment law. After graduating Rutgers School of Law,
Dustin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Patricia DelBueno Cleary, J.Ch. Prior to
joining the firm, Dustin worked at large law firms handling labor and employment, real estate,
land use, and education matters, for both private and public sector clients.
In addition to this law firm experience, Dustin served as in-house counsel for a staffing and
payroll company, negotiating and drafting employment agreements and commercial services
agreements, while collaborating with company executives, human resources, and other internal
groups. Dustin also served as legal and business consultant for a group of small healthcare
businesses, where he negotiated and facilitated high-level transactions. He also provided legal
guidance to the practice owners, managed employee grievances and ongoing litigation, and
developed internal policies for the businesses.

Joseph Clemente, Esq., Senior Associate
Joseph is a New Jersey native, resident, and attorney with professional experience spanning civil litigation, contract drafting and review, fiduciary advisory, and client counseling across a range of legal and commercial settings.
After graduating from Villanova University School of Law, Joseph practiced at several New Jersey law firms, where he represented an array of clients across multiple practice areas including community association law, labor and employment matters, personal injury, construction defects, and contract disputes. Joseph is devoted to providing practical and strategic legal counsel, and he is committed to delivering client-tailored solutions that reflect the needs of the communities and businesses he serves.

Justin Bloodgood, Firm Coordinator and Paralegal
Justin joined Padula Law Group from day one, bringing his vast professional experience
to support the firm in many roles. A graduate of American University with a bachelor’s
degree is Law and Society, Justin obtained practical legal experience in a mentorship
program at another Monmouth County firm; and in the volunteer program in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage. Additionally, Justin has extensive experience in all
aspects of the election process with the Monmouth County Board of Elections. Lastly,
Justin has management and consulting experience with years of experience supporting
Tequila Fortaleza and others.
